Overnight newborn care in Dubai
What the night actually looks like

You hand over at 9pm and sleep until morning.

A night nurse is not a babysitter who watches the baby sleep. The night is worked, and you get a written handover in the morning.

Full overnight cover

Typically 9pm to 7am, though we set the hours around your household. You sleep through the night, properly.

local_drink

Feeding, bottle or breast

Bottle and formula feeds handled entirely. If you are breastfeeding, the nurse brings the baby to you and takes over the settling and the changing afterwards.

child_care

Settling and resettling

The part that ruins nights. Winding, soothing and getting the baby back down without the two hour cycle parents fall into.

schedule

Building the routine

A night nurse who leaves without teaching you the routine has done half the job. Sleep, feed and wake windows built so the nights keep working after we go.

Twins and multiples

Twins are the single most common reason parents call for night care, and they need someone who has genuinely done it before.

monitor_weight

Weight, jaundice and reflux

Feeds, output and weight tracked overnight. Reflux, colic and slow weight gain are usually spotted at night first.

How parents use it

Book the nights you actually need.

The first six weeks

The most common booking. Straight home from hospital, five to seven nights a week, tapering as the baby settles.

Two or three nights a week

Enough to catch up on sleep without handing over the whole night routine. Popular with second-time parents.

Back to work

Nights covered so the parent returning to work is not running on no sleep during their first month back.

Twins and multiples

Usually full week cover for the first two to three months. Two babies on different schedules is not a one person job at night.

Recovering from a c-section

Getting up repeatedly through the night after abdominal surgery slows healing. Night cover is a medical benefit here, not a luxury.

One-off emergency nights

Illness, travel, a family emergency, or simply hitting the wall. We take single night bookings.

Not sleeping tonight either?

Message us with the baby's age and which nights you need. We will tell you what is available and what it costs, without a consultation call first.

How it works

From first message to care at the door.

Tell us about the baby

Age, weight, feeding method, any reflux or medical notes, and whether it is one baby or two.

We match the nurse

Experience with the baby's age matters. A newborn specialist and a six month sleep specialist are not the same person.

First night handover

The nurse arrives before bedtime, goes through your routine and your preferences, then you go to bed.

Morning report

Every feed, every change, how long they slept and what the nurse noticed. In writing, every morning.

We had twins and the first month was survival mode. Having a night nurse five nights a week is the only reason we got through it.

She did not just take the nights, she taught us the routine. Three weeks later our son was sleeping through and we did not need her anymore.

After my c-section I physically could not get up every two hours. The night nurse made the recovery possible.

Professional, calm and completely reliable. The morning handover notes were genuinely useful for our paediatrician appointments.

Booked at 6pm and someone was at our door that night. We were at the absolute end of ourselves.

FAQ

Questions families ask before booking.

What hours does a night nurse work?
A standard night is ten to twelve hours, usually around 9pm to 7am. We set the exact hours around your household, and shorter or longer nights can be arranged.
Can a night nurse help if I am breastfeeding?
Yes, and most of our clients are breastfeeding. The nurse brings the baby to you for the feed, then takes over the winding, changing and settling. You are awake for fifteen minutes instead of ninety.
Will the baby still bond with me?
Yes. Night care covers the hours you would be asleep anyway. Parents who sleep are more present, more patient and more able to enjoy their baby during the day, which is where bonding actually happens.
Do you have nurses experienced with twins?
Yes, and we will tell you honestly if the only person available for your dates has not done twins. Two newborns overnight is a genuinely different job.
How quickly can a night nurse start?
Often the same night, depending on your area and the time you contact us. For ongoing weekly bookings we recommend arranging before the birth if you can.
How much does a night nurse cost in Dubai?
It depends on the number of nights per week, the length of the shift, and whether it is one baby or twins. Weekly bookings work out cheaper per night than one-off nights. Message us and you will get a clear price.
